The 9/11 Memorial Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction and will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All proceeds from your purchase directly support the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and its mission.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your original packing slip or receipt.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address your package to our fulfillment center, then drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
